I’m Josh Berman, founder of Steamboat Analytics. My background spans marketing, product, finance, operations, executive reporting, dashboarding, customer analysis, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and cloud data tools.

The technical range matters, but it is not the point. The point is knowing how to ask the right business questions, avoid misleading analysis, and explain the answer in a way that leads to action.

I started Steamboat Analytics because many smaller businesses have valuable data but assume analytics is too expensive, too complicated, or only useful to large companies. It does not have to be.

Outside of work, I’m a proud girl dad, dog dad, hockey parent, adult hockey player, skier, runner, and CrossFit regular. Steamboat is a relationship-driven town, and I try to bring that same practical, human approach to analytics.
